Autumn 2018 is here! Rather than sulking that summer is over, I found myself through the stretch of Oxford Circus shopping for some transitional pieces. I have developed a system over the years - I'll keep clothes that work for me and get rid of the ones that no longer serve its purpose. A minimalist lifestyle does not mean (at least in my book) that I will never buy another item again, it's just being mindful of my purchase and appreciating it more. I don't think I'll ever get to a point when I will hate shopping because shopping is a great way to get my mind off the serious things in life! The concept of a capsule wardrobe is a game changer for me. I like to dress up but I don't like too much clutter. I like to look good but I don't like to spend hours and hours deciding what to wear. This year's wardrobe is a mixture of old and new items. I think the oldest one was from 2016, the leopard bodysuit is new and quite frankly, outside my comfort zone but hey, it's on season and life is short! :)
