Landmarks
There are so many famous landmarks in Paris, from the Eiffel Tower to the Louvre, Arc de Triomphe and the Notre Dame cathedral to name a few, you’ll be spoiled for choice. A good tip here is to choose one landmark to visit each day, and go early since these can become very busy and you’ll avoid spending your time stuck in queues. One of the most famous attractions in Paris is of course Disneyland. Again this can get busy due to school trips to Disneyland Paris and families visiting, however if you choose the right time of year and get all of your tickets and everything else organised ahead of time, you’ll save yourself a lot of hassle. *This is a partnership post.

Go sightseeing
Paris is truly a beautiful city, and in between seeing landmarks, eating in delicious cafes and getting some retail therapy, it’s worth spending a little time just looking around. There are a number of bus tours within the city that you can get on which allow you to get glimpse of all of the amazing sights Paris has to offer, not to mention various guided tours which can give you some great information about the history and culture of the place.

Decide Where To Dine
Speaking of dining, you can’t plan a trip to Paris without considering the food since it’s one of the best parts about any kind of travel! The local cuisine will give you so many clues about the place you’re in and Paris (and France in general) is no different. Known for its French baguettes and French onion soup, patisseries and of course frogs legs, there are plenty of great dishes in unique eateries across the city which will keep your taste buds tingling. One thing that’s really worth getting your teeth into in Paris is the cheese, there are all kinds of cheese making techniques that are used in France which produce different flavours and textures, and best of all it’s around half the price you’d expect to pay in the USA or UK.

Enjoy some retail therapy Any city will have fantastic shopping opportunities, but glamorous Paris is full of great shopping malls that will have you parting with your Euros. From Carrousel du Louvre, an underground shopping mall, to Westfield Forum des Halles, and the street of The Champs-Élysées which is well known for its shopping. The perfect opportunity to treat yourself!
